New Services for a Comprehensive Ecological Refurbishment of Buildings
Energetic and ecological aspects hardly play a role in renovation of municipal and private residential buildings. Aim of the project was to raise the share of ecological optimised buildings in the City of Graz.

Regional companies were motivated to develop high quality offers with comprehensive services like ecological assessment, planning of renovation, integrated optimisation of energetic and ecological aspects, innovative financing (e.g. Third Party Financing). These innovative services were tested within three pilot projects. The results are replicable and of high interest for other European cities.
